Self-development! I love learning about myself and helping others understand themselves at a deeper level. There is no greater joy than having a purpose and following it.

Everything is negotiable
This is a story about how I learned the key to creating real change in my life. Back in high school I was a bookworm who was pretty much unnoticed. I attended a large high school and felt invisible. So my senior of high school I decided to become a foreign exchange student in France. I thought I would really stand out as an American in a small town in the French Alps. On the first day of school the teacher announced that there were 2 American foreign exchange students. I was stunned! The other American was cute and bubbly with a captivating personality. My feeling of being insignificant was exacerbated this year more than ever! In the end I learned you can change the outer circumstances of your life, but if you don't change yourself inside, your life will be pretty much the same.
I founded my company in 2002 after I had been involved with several other organizations. I took the best of what I had learned and experienced and created programs that helped people find their purpose and passion.
