Passion

I am passionate about social justice and empowering others to recognize their inherent value. I believe in helping people learn to advocate for themselves, fostering confidence and independence. Through my own vulnerability and by sharing my experiences, I enjoy creating meaningful connections that inspire others, making a positive and relatable impact in their lives. If my journey of openness and authenticity becomes a source of strength and encouragement for those around me, I feel as if I've accomplished what I've set out to do.

Best Story

I graduated from college earlier than planned, which meant I had to quickly adapt and take a proactive, determined approach to find an internship or job opportunity. With no guidance or roadmap, I had to condense what would have been a year of preparation into just six months. By chance, I walked past an information session for the Thurgood Marshall Institute, attended, and was selected for my first internship. This opportunity opened doors to numerous corporations, leading to my first corporate job. From there, my career took off, and the rest is history.

This experience is what inspired me to create my career coaching service. Reflecting on the challenges I faced and how much smoother the process could have been with the right guidance, I’m driven to ensure that others receive the support they need to succeed professionally, academically, and financially. I want to help others avoid the struggles I encountered and provide the resources and mentorship they need to thrive.
