Biography

Adeola Ajani is an award-winning entrepreneur, Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and one of the leading voices redefining pay equity and power in the modern workplace. She is the Founder and CEO of Fem Equity, a career platform that has helped professional women collectively increase their earnings by over $7.5 million through her proprietary W.O.R.T.H.™ framework.

Ajani is the author of her debut book, Worth a Response, and the creator of her signature keynote Know Your Worth: The Million-Dollar Playbook for Pay, Power & Purpose, a transformative talk equipping professionals to negotiate strategically, position themselves powerfully, and build careers that align with both impact and income.
