Pamela Lynch is a consultant working with water and manufacturing clients specializing on new
product launch, quality and supply chain scale-up, market research and strategic planning. She
is an investing member at Portfolia, investing in women’s health, wellness and sustainability.
Pamela previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at Aclarity, a water technology and
wastewater treatment company. At Aclarity, Pamela led the company’s efforts to bring products
from pilot to production, scaling operations, and building robust engineering, supply chain, and
field operations infrastructure. She managed Key Performance Indicators across the business,
driving the team’s mission to destroy PFAS forever.
Pamela is drawn toward large challenges and transformation, enabling others to play to their
strengths in the water and climate tech industry. Previously, she designed and scaled up
manufacturing of batteries for Electric Vehicles, led quality operations for a Wind Turbine startup
company, launched numerous materials and products that advanced renewable energy and
sustainability. Pamela has been responsible for developing sustainable and quality supply
chains globally ($1B+ value). She graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in 2005
with a degree in chemical engineering. Then she completed GE’s Operations Management
Leadership Program. Pamela holds a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard
Business School. She is a Past President of Junior League of Boston. She currently serves as
WPI’s Alumni Association President. Additionally, Pamela was recognized on LinkedIn as a
2024 “Top Product Engineering” Voice.
