Passion

One of my favorite topics is growth - how people see and accept the challenges it holds, how it changes the texture of our lives, how it can take us on a wild ride.

Best Story

The story of my own dreams as a child, the women who I looked up to and wanted to emulate and how, after years of wondering how I got off track, I opened up to a life that is fuller beyond those childhood dreams.

Origin Story

After a long, productive and engaging career working for major financial services and biopharma companies, I decided to strike out on my own over a decade ago. I’ve always loved the challenge of a new situation so it was a perfectly natural thing to do

I formed my firm, Elysian Communications, to help companies and leaders navigate successfully through complex change including mergers and acquisitions, cultural evolutions, corporate narrative development and the positioning of leaders to be thoughtful stewards of change. Then I expanded my career by becoming an extensively trained and credentialed leadership coach.
I love working with professionals who want to evolve, to challenge themselves and their career trajectories. Over the years I’ve helped scores of people discover how to manage change with confidence and grace.

Public speaking is a newer path but one I have wished to pursue my entire career. I'm never afraid to be in front of a room full of people because I understand the responsibility and joy of bringing new insight and perspective to others. Evolving this love into a speaking platform that explores life’s most challenging professional and personal transitions is another enriching facet of my work.
