Best Story

During my corporate career, While I was successful, I had a BIG blind spot about how I 'showed up' in my communication style.
After being unceremoniously told about this issue, I went on a quest to find a way to change.
'Me according to Them' is a presentation that tells this story and includes tools for having candid communications, which can lead to higher productivity, trust, and better relationships!

Origin Story

During the winter of 2005, three people, none of whom knew one another, told me I should become a Life Coach. I had no idea what that was. I don't believe in coincidences, so I looked into it. I found a great program, loved it, completed it, joined a local ICF (International Coaching Federation) chapter, became the chapter president, and then began being asked to Speak at events. The events included corporate training, fundraising, leadership development workshops, and faith-based women's conferences.
Ultimately, I believe my professional speaking and Coaching is a call on my life in service to other people and organizations' success.
