Passion

I love fiercely and my family is the center of my universe. I love being a mother, a runner, a leader, and a friend.

Best Story

I am passionate about raising other women up and helping them reach their full potential. I strongly believe that the only way we can succeed is by working together. That’s why at Imarc, I am a regular presenter in our employee resource group, Women in the Workplace.

The two areas I focus on most frequently are the value of mentorship/sponsorship and actionable strategies for negotiating to recognize worth. I would be very comfortable hosting a session on either topic.

Origin Story

Like many people in leadership roles, I started from a very different place. I began my professional journey by earning an environmental science degree. When I graduated, I was fully committed to saving the world, so I took a position at the Nature Conservancy in fundraising.

While I learned that wasn’t exactly what I wanted to do, I discovered I had a marketing talent. I then went on to a role in project management at Mullen where I was able to see all sides of an agency. That was excellent because in 1999 when this “internet thing” launched, I knew it was something that I wanted to pursue. That was when I made my most recent move into digital marketing at Imarc, where I am now a partner.

My takeaway? I have great instincts about what’s worth pursuing, so I’m going to keep following them for the rest of my life.
