Best Story

So many stories. Emotional, inspirational, funny, eye-opening, vulnerable and relatable. One of my best stories is when I took my first leap into becoming the leader I am today. The story involves me as a Gen X'er, employing millennials at the time, and not yet understanding or valuing the connection with my people.

Origin Story

After selling my trades business I took some time to figure out what I wanted to do next. After almost 2 years of some dark days, trying different things, a lot of contemplation, and a winding journey to discover who I was without my business, I realized I wanted to help other business owners in this industry to make their life easier than mine was, as a business owner. I wanted to share everything I learned so people out there could move forward and learn new lessons. I didn't want to be the guardian of knowledge that I knew could help others. If I could share those lessons and help just one person, then it would make it all worth it. And ThriveHQ was born.
