Passion

I am an musical theatre lover. Karaoke is my favorite past time. I also enjoy getting lost in a good book.

Origin Story

I started my career at an organization that focused on employee surveys. It was part consulting firm, part tech company. In the summer of 2020, I became our internal and external DEI expert. Through my efforts of creating an internal DEI taskforce, leading ant-racism conversations for my team, helping clients beef up their DEI items in their engagement surveys, and building a free DEI pulse survey, I found that my true passion was focusing in specifically on DEI. I then mentioned this to a colleague, Victoria Mattingly, and her immediate response was "have you ever thought about owning a business?". And I responded "No...". She then asked "have you ever thought about writing a book? And I responded "No...". That was how I became co-owner of Mattingly Solutions and co-author of Inclusalytics. I was with Victoria for three years before we decide to spin off a new company, Plan to Action, due to our considerable growth over my three-year tenure.
