I train my clients to look at career development through an entrepreneurial lens. An entrepreneur is responsible for the sales, marketing and evolution of a product or service to remain successful and professionals must do the same for their careers.
I landed my dream job as a television producer while I was still in college and have successfully pivoted numerous times. With over 15 years of experience in broadcasting, public relations, digital marketing and talent development for global brands, I can help you build and maintain a valuable brand for consistent career growth.
I have developed a proprietary and unique curriculum that teaches strategies for effective networking, personal branding, and marketing to accomplish your goals.
I have an idea worth sharing and my talk “The Most Important Connection to Make for Success" is now available on TED. One of my best stories is how I landed my dream job as a college student using the techniques I teach others today.
Origin Story
I was working in corporate America in 2015 when my company unexpectedly decided to relocate their headquarters to another state. During this transition, I watched hundreds of my colleagues and friends who were not making the transition struggle to find jobs and rebuild their careers. As a digital marketing professional at that time, I helped many of them build their resumes and LinkedIn profiles to help them secure their next job. This heartbreaking experience is what motivated me to want to help others build and sustain their personal brand to consistently attract career opportunities.
