I’m a strategy consultant who helps organizations navigate risk, build infrastructure, and lead with clarity. With over two decades of experience spanning capacity building, law, cybersecurity, and AI, I support teams across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors.
As founder of MOCCA Strategic Consulting, I work with leaders facing operational strain, regulatory pressure, or rapid growth advising on policy design, compliance, tech integration, and leadership alignment. My work ranges from risk audits and AI protocols to cross-sector strategy development, always grounded in ethics, clarity, and real-world execution.
I care about aligning systems with purpose and building systems that work, making sure strategy, tech, and policy serve people, not complicate their work. Whether leading AI sessions or redesigning compliance workflows, I focus on clarity, purpose, and integrity.
Years ago, I worked for a nonprofit that provided training and technical assistance. That work shaped everything that came after. I was focused on capacity building then, and I still am, but now I bring legal and tech experience to the table as well.
What stands out is that people still remember me from that time. They remember how I showed up: the clarity, the urgency, the way I delivered the work. One of those early connections later brought me in through the foundation where she works, asking me to support the organizations they serve.
Since then, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and small businesses, offering both strategic support and technical insight. I’ve led workshops on AI, cybersecurity, and tech integration. I’ve helped build strategic plans, clarified legal guidance, and strengthened operational structures. The tools have evolved, but the commitment hasn’t changed. I still show up with the same focus: to help people move with clarity and to make sure the work holds.
Along the way, I’ve learned that the way I see things and the way I move through a room is shaped by more than my credentials. That difference has always been there. And with time, it’s become part of the value I bring.
My career began in the nonprofit world, where I helped organizations build boards, improve sustainability, and manage through change. But I kept seeing the same gaps between intention and infrastructure, mission and systems. That pushed me toward law, and eventually cybersecurity and AI.
Each step deepened my understanding of how strategy, technology, and governance either empower or exclude. I founded MOCCA to help mission-driven and risk-exposed organizations bridge those gaps, building strategy they can trust, even when the pressure’s on.
