Currently, I lead an innovative startup focused on human talent development through artificial intelligence, aiming to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Origin Story
It was during an interview on Radio Coach & PNL that everything changed. I had been invited to speak about my experience in the tech industry and my commitment to empowering women. The interview flowed naturally, and each question gave me the opportunity to share my story and my vision for women in technology. At the end, the Radio Coach & PNL team approached me with an unexpected proposal: they offered me my own 30-minute program.
For me, it was a moment of surprise and gratitude. I knew this was a unique opportunity to connect with a wider audience and delve into topics I am passionate about, from leadership and talent development to strategies for helping more women find their path in tech. I accepted the challenge with enthusiasm, knowing that this program would be a powerful platform to inspire and guide many more people on their journey of growth and transformation.
