Sophie is a Senior Product manager on the Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) Scale Enablement team at Microsoft, focusing on Microsoft Purview to govern and protect GenAI interactions, Copilot for Security, and Purview Data Lifecycle and Records Management. Sophie works alongside the FastTrack team to collect customer feedback to improve the solution, provide ongoing training, and to help drive deployment at scale. With her background in engineering and experiences across government, public, and non-profit sectors, Sophie is passionate about making people’s lives more efficient and better.
