Biography

With over 15 years of organizational development experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring, I specialize in creating learning experiences that inspire and equip individuals and teams to maximize their value and impact.

As the founder of Recla Coaching and Consulting, I am on a mission to awaken passion, joy, and the spirit of adventure in every professional endeavor.

Here's my areas of expertise:

☑️Coaching: I help leaders uncover what's already there, offer alternate perspectives and paths, and support and champion their growth journey. I focus on actionable steps that can be applied back into work and life.

☑️Team Culture: I partner with leaders and their teams to establish a learning experience that builds and strengthens trust, collaboration, connections, and effectiveness. This includes one-time teambuilding events and retreats to ongoing learning engagements specific to their group. Interventions are tailored to the leader's goals, strengths, and challenges.

☑️Learning Design: I design learning programs and initiatives based on an organization's needs and current best practices in the field. I specialize in leadership development and interpersonal skills. Learning experiences incorporate a reinforcement plan to ensure the sustainability of intended program outcomes.

Best Story

Most of the transformative lessons I've learned about leadership have been through my children. While I've learned so much through experts, speakers, mentors, coaches, authors, and trainers over the years; it all seems to come to life through parenting.

Strengthening resilience--who better to teach you than a toddler who doesn't want to go potty on the toilet

Managing your time & priorities--what better way to learn than having your children home during a quarantine while you work

Self-compassion--there's no better lesson than finding a "love note" your daughter wrote to herself about how strong and confident she is

If we pay attention, there are learning lessons all around us. Continuous growth means recognizing we are all works-in-progress, doing the best we can AND there's always a chance to do and be better tomorrow.
