Jenny is the CEO and Founder of Inner Earthquake®.
Dedicated to empowering GenX women who are philanthropists and founders, c-suite executives, and entrepreneurs who are navigating personal seismic events, Jenny’s consulting and coaching practice equips them with the tools and practices for a vibrant and fulfilling life.
She also works with individuals, teams, and organizations as a Business Strategist and a Corporate Well-being Mentor.
In her former corporate career – which spans 26 years and six countries – Jenny held senior leadership positions in large international companies such as IBM and asset management firms in the City of London and she was the Head of a private Family Office of an ultra-high-net-worth family.
Eight years ago, she left a senior corporate leadership role – and a continent – to become an entrepreneur and the CEO of her own business in California.
Reminding women how powerful they are so that they can create a life that is vibrant, juicy, and joyful.
The year was 2000. My doctor was on the other end of the telephone.
She confirmed: “It’s cancer.”
In that instant, I knew: I was going to survive this illness and I was leaving my marriage.
Not that there was anything “wrong” with my life, but I realized that this was not a life I had chosen, it was one that I had fallen into. My life was “good enough”, but what I truly wanted was to feel vibrantly alive, filled with gratitude, joy and passion.
Within a year of that call, I was healthy, living in a different country, working in a job I loved and dating the love of my life who would become my husband.
I don’t recommend that one goes through a divorce, moves countries, starts a new job, and dates a new partner in less than a year, but sometimes this is how life unfolds.
This was the beginning of my journey of creating an intentional life that is vibrant and joyful. This is why I am passionate about working with women who go through an “inner earthquake”.
It is our birthright to live a life that we love …. and that loves us back.
