Origin Story

It doesn't matter if you have an army of engineers and the best technologies at your fingertips if you are not working on the right problem. When helping clients confront the first wave of artificial intelligence opportunities in business, I realized we did not have a process to validate the right problems to work on (hammer looking for a nail). This led me to study design thinking so now I combine business strategy, design thinking, and agile development to look at challenges in a multi-dimensional manner.
