The best story is one that I hear often - clients would like to recruit a candidate with a specific type of experience and an elevated level of expertise and they would like to also have diverse candidates in the mix. They believe this is an impossible feat and I take great pride in bringing excellent qualified candidates who also happen to be diverse.
Origin Story
Originally from Montreal, I began recruiting after moving to New York City in 1997. I learned the search business from the leaders at both Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart where I spent a total of about 11 years.
