Biography

I manage wealth for high-net-worth individuals and families. Before joining Principle Wealth Partners, I held executive roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Lord Abbett & Co. In these roles, I used extensive knowledge of the capital markets to educate the country’s top advisors.
I'm an accomplished speaker and strategist who has presented wealth management concepts to thousands of financial professionals and clients. I've been recognized for my outstanding achievements and serve as a mentor for young women entering the business. With a passion for financial literacy, I created a podcast, Women On Wealth, to empower women on financial concepts. Additionally, I authored Money Confident Girls: A Parents Roadmap to Raising Financially Confident Children (From Toddlers to Teens), further solidifying my commitment to fostering financial confidence at an early age.

I reside in Fairfield, CT with my husband Doug, my daughters Kaylin and Sidney, and two dogs Mudd and Sierra. I currently sits on the Ethics Board of the Investments & Wealth Institute, serves as VP of Finance at the Westport Women’s Club, and sits on the Board of Directors at River House Adult Day Center. I'm an avid skier and triathlete who qualified for the Ironman World Championship in 2024.

My career in finance stems from my childhood and the emotions around money that I experienced at an early age. We lived in South America when I was six years old and I recall traveling through the depths of the Amazon and witnessing true poverty, lack of water, and clothing. To further this story, my experience with my mother and grandmother around divorce and losing a spouse further solidified the importance of women's preparation and confidence in their financial situation.
