Biography
As the CEO of TRANSFORM YOUR PERFORMANCE, Regina Huber drives bold, value-driven, and heart-centered leadership. She helps her clients reach their next career goal, accelerate their careers and become thriving leaders by upgrading their leadership of self & others.
Her eclectic experience on five continents started in Germany and includes leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group (BCG; Europe, U.S., LatAm) as well as ownership of businesses in Argentina, Brazil, and the U.S.
This experience shaped her into a multicultural and multilingual Transformational Leadership Coach, International Inspirational Speaker, and Author of Speak up, Stand out and Shine. She also co-authored three other books and wrote numerous articles for magazines in the U.S. and Africa, where she has been featured by multiple media outlets.
Over the years, she has held many volunteer roles in organizations and at events in the U.S., Africa, Latin America, and Australia. She was a TV Show Host at WIN WIN Women TV/Roku TV, a Member of the Leadership Team of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA), where she co-chaired two committees, and has collaborated with numerous organizations in Africa, such as Centre for Organization Leadership & Development (COLD) Zimbabwe/UAE.

She has a passion for travel and dance, and she loves inspiring others to express their unique brilliance and live a freakin' amazing life!
Passion
While I didn't grow up with DANCE , I love to dance and to integrate the lessons dance has taught me about leadership, business, and business presence into my holistic coaching and training approach. As I've been moving from country to country, I've picked up many dances along the way (too many to list here), with my main focus being on Latin/Brazilian/Caribbean and African.
My other big passion is FREEDOM, which is my top core value. Everything I do is in the service of freedom.

Best Story
I have a ton of stories from my eclectic life in seven countires on several continents and lots of adventurous traveling, many of which involve taking great risks.
One such story is when I left my leadership role in San Franciso and flew down to Argentina to open a B&B in Buenos Aires. As part of this venture, I had to transport several hundred thousand dollars across the city in my socks to pay for the property. The message is that when we want something really bad, we sometimes gotta take a risk!
Origin Story
I grew up as the oldest of 5 siblings on a farm in Germany as the shyest kid in our small village, but always had insatiable curiosity and an adventurous spirit inside of me. While we never traveled for vacations with my parents, except for a day trip to the beautiful nearby mountains or lakes (because my parents never had a vacation), I always felt an urge to travel. At 16, I hitchhiked to Amsterdam, at 18, I drove all the way through France to Bretagne with a friend, slept in the woods in Italy on another trip, at 26 I moved abroad for the first time, later I backpacked through Central America, and more recently, after many more moves (Spain, Brazil, Argentina, East and West Coast of the U.S., France...), I also spent considerable time in several African countries.
Travel has always been a part of my "freakin' amazing life!" A freakin' amazing life being one of many eclectic experiences, lots of adventurer and exhilarating moments, and also many challenges and opportunities for growth for sure.
My curiosity also inspired me to study several holistic healing modalities, which taught me precious lessons about mindset (and specifically the subconscious mind) and energy.
Many stories later, in 2012, I arrived in New York City, where I founded Transform Your Performance, my current business.
