Lori Dunn is an executive advisor, fractional executive, and keynote speaker who works with early-stage technical founders in social good, climate, energy, hardware, and AI. She speaks at executive events, accelerators, and leadership offsites on scaling operations, founder identity shifts, and building systems sized for the stage a company is actually in.

Her talks come from inside the work. As a full-time COO, she helped secure a Series A, tripled headcount, and drove 435% revenue growth. She has built and led sales teams, won a Factor8 award in Sales Leadership, and worked with Fortune 100 brands and government agencies. She mentors founders at Plug & Play, Greenhouse Women, and Funding Breakthrough Lab.

Lori is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and holds master's degrees in Sustainability and Coexistence and Conflict from the Heller School at Brandeis University.
