Hi there,
I'm Veronica J. Rodgers, the heart and soul behind Carnelian Wealth Solutions, a sanctuary where women find empowerment to redefine their financial narratives. My journey in the finance world spans over two decades, fueled by a passion to weave financial wisdom into the fabric of everyday lives. It's not just about investments; it's about crafting a holistic plan that dances to the rhythm of your personal dreams and goals.
Everything in regards to wealth building and legacy protection! We all deserve to have a life well lived.
Also, Richmond, VA, is where I've planted my roots alongside my husband, Rashad, and our daughters, Morgan and Micah. When I'm not navigating the financial waters, you'll find me traversing the globe or losing myself in the euphoria of Caribbean dance. These moments of joy and exploration are not just escapes but a vital part of who I am – they remind me that life is a beautiful journey worth every investment.

I sometimes get paid for speaking
The ups and downs that I have personally experienced when dealing with legacy planning within my family. I speak to why it is so important for women to take control of their finances and their legacies. The speech below will provide insight into my purpose driven work.
From an early childhood, I witnessed how devastating life could be for women who were not empowered through financial education. My parents separated when I was ten years old, and my father cleaned out the joint bank account. Consequently, my mother felt as if she had no other choice but to rely on my father financially for some time, regardless of their marital status. This experience changed my life forever!
As the oldest of three children, I vowed to teach myself as much as I could about finances. I wanted to equip myself with the knowledge that would position me for independence. No way would I be dependent on another to help me get through life! I just had to do everything within my power to avoid that predicament. I became determined to pass the information I learned down to my siblings as it was not being taught to me. This passion grew into, not only helping my immediate family members, but a life’s mission to help women, specifically Black women, realize their financial sovereignty as well.
