Biography
Hope Yin is an award-winning SVP and technology executive turned Speaker, Coach and Advocate for Women In Tech.
Hope is a professional speaker and a member of the National Speakers Association. She had spoken to 10,000+ people through ~100 speaking engagements. She spoke at some of the largest conferences in the world. Her topics focus on leadership, promotion strategies, effective communication, strategic relationships, executive presence and human empowerment.
Hope is an award-winning Executive and Leadership Coach, certified by ICF (International Coaching Federation). She is the Founder & Owner of Blueprint Coaching. She works with women in STEM to reclaim their power, and expand their potentials in leadership and life. She has coached hundred of leaders.
In her previous role as Head of Engineering Engagement, Hope led the tech modernization and transformation journey, which resulted in multiple industry awards for the company.
Hope was an Executive Director and the global Head of Firmwide Talent Development Technology at JPMorgan Chase. She led the team to deliver the next generation of training, talent acquisition and development platform serving 250,000 employees across the world. She managed a multi million dollar technology portfolio and led the successful SaaS adoption, one of the largest of its kind. Starting as a developer, Hope held multiple other technical leadership roles in her 20+ years of experience in Software Engineering. She is awarded Technology All-Stars by Women of Color in STEM due to her outstanding achievements and contribution to the communities.
Hope holds an M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering, an M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and an M.S. in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering.
Hope is an active board member, community leader and volunteer in multiple other non-profit organizations. Her life philosophy is, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
In her spare time, Hope loves reading, hiking, running, paddle boarding, skiing, biking, yoga and meditation.

Born and raised in China, Hope began her immigrant journey 26 years ago. Hope was often the only woman in the room throughout her career. She was a single mother raising 2 young children by herself. At one point, she also had to take care of a terminally ill parent without supporting system around. Despite all the adversities, Hope was able to strategically navigate the career labyrinth and was promoted as an executive in Tech in the largest and most prestigious financial company in the world. Hope wants to share her learnings of 20+ years with the world so that more women can leverage these strategies to reclaim their power and expand their potentials in leadership and life.
