Biography

Matthew Anderson loves empowering organizations to upgrade the relational dynamics on their staff team. In this challenging, digital era, "Matt" is often called upon to inspire groups through keynote addresses, coaching, and staff retreats in order to harness the superpower of relationships. He has tailored his model to support clients in the business, government, non-profit and education sectors, producing sustainable solutions for stubborn challenges. The governor of my state once attended an event in which I spoke. I personally met him months later and he still remembered my message, which was really encouraging. Powerful messages with powerful stories stick in peoples' minds and hearts, and I love when people come away impacted for the long haul.

After working in the public school and non-profit world for over 20 years, I started accepting opportunities to speak and coach business leaders and staff teams. I realized that all of the lessons developing people and leaders were highly transferrable in the business, government, and public sphere and love making a difference.
