My passion is in applying creative problem solving and innovation/creativity approaches in any aspect of work. Everything we do is problem solving in some way. If the team tackling a problem isn't effective, the struggle will be real. When we know ourselves deeply as individuals, from how you work, how you push yourself and how you influence the area around you, we can face any challenge head on.

I am also a firm believer in play. We spend most of our waking hours at work, we should still be able to have a little bit of fun. We can use play to learn, solve problems, and simply approach life in a way that allows us to create the world we envision, no matter what it is.
