Biography

With a passion for making a meaningful impact, I started my journey over 25 years ago in both retail and property management. From an entry-level position, I worked my way up to running and managing multiple operations across North and South America, the UK, and Ireland. Today, I lead BanCal, a woman-owned property management in San Francisco. We don’t just manage properties—we transform them into high-revenue investment vehicles, offering clients services from sales and leasing to project management and investment opportunities across the Bay Area.
From the very start, my goal has been clear: to set BanCal apart by delivering exceptional value and long-term results for our clients. Along the way, I’ve learned that it’s never too late to evolve into something better, and that’s exactly what drives our work every day

Passion

I’m passionate about transforming properties into thriving investments, but my drive goes beyond just real estate. It’s about building a community, supporting women in the industry, and fostering relationships that create long-term success. At BanCal, we don’t just collect rents and schedule maintenance—we develop strategies that elevate property value and generate creative income opportunities. By streamlining expenses, we help clients turn their properties into cash-flow powerhouses.
This business is tough, but I believe success comes from approaching challenges with a positive, growth-oriented mindset. You’ve got to find your niche and solve problems clients don’t even know they have—and that’s where BanCal shines. More importantly, I’m committed to supporting women in real estate, helping them thrive, and cultivating a space where our success is shared. For me, when women succeed, we all succeed.

Origin Story

Before BanCal, I spent over a decade climbing the corporate retail ladder, launching products and driving sales. But after one too many pitches where only a fraction of my ideas saw the light of day, I knew I needed to break free. I wanted to make my own decisions and build something meaningful, and if things didn’t work out, well, at least I'd learn from it.
The shift to property management came naturally—I had a vision to not just manage properties but run them like businesses. When I saw an opportunity to break barriers in an industry still dominated by men, it fueled my drive to build a female-led community in real estate. Together, we’re showcasing our strengths, supporting each other, and mentoring women in business.
One lesson I’ve learned: "If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude."
