I've spent more than 20 years as a leader and executive in both the corporate and non-profit arenas, spanning multiple industries. I've led organizations through multiple rounds of rapid growth and transformation, building and leading engaged teams through groundbreaking, industry-first initiatives. Through failures, recovery, and reaching new heights of success, my ability to remain calm and use humor to drive teams through challenging times has been a trademark of my career. I now partner with organizations and individual clients to help them deepen the impact they want to make in the world.
Though I am only mediocre at piano and flute, I've somehow managed to raise two artists, who are now young adults with rising careers in the entertainment industry.
I am passionate about human connection and creating more of it in our world so we can all thrive. My daughter and I have a podcast, "Roots & Wings" that explores and celebrates the powerful relationships between mothers and daughters. We interview mothers and daughters, who share their journeys through joy, adventure, loss, pain, fracture and rediscovery.
After successful careers in the corporate and nonprofit spaces, I found myself ready to take a leap into entrepreneurship. I felt it was a challenge I needed in my life, and I want to apply all of the experience I've gained to work with others and help them unleash their growth, strengthen their relationships to become more effective leaders, and more people-centric organizations.
