After years of helping new authors launch books as best-sellers on Amazon, I launched my own. Like a ton of bricks, the rest of what these authors needed in the form of support hit me squarely in the face. My least favorite question became "How's Your Book?" From there I shifted the language of my business and started seeing much greater success, focusing on serving the non-fiction authors who have become so ubiquitous in today's self-publishing world.
