Introducing your Imposter Monster

By now we've all heard of the dreaded Imposter Syndrome, and many of us would probably admit to having it.

In this workshop we'll present a new way of thinking about Imposter Syndrome - your Imposter Monster! You'll learn:
What the research really says about imposterism (spoiler alert - YOU are not the problem. Environments are!)
Why and when you are likely to experience imposter feelings

Then youโ€™ll meet your Imposter Monster, and weโ€™ll discuss how to turn them from a whisper that makes you feel small to a champion who helps you do hard things.

This session is for anyone who has ever been made to feel like they werenโ€™t good enough.
