Throughout history, much of the focus has been on public, visible victory or defeat. Leadership is often associated with military or political position. In truth, however, true leadership happens in all areas of our lives, and often the most important leaders do not have the highest position but do have the greatest impact. This discussion focuses on women leaders in history and what they teach us about leading wherever we are. It also provides opportunities for identifying areas in life where women can have a greater impact and be more conscious of taking leadership roles.
