I am a strong believer that the right training or coaching can help individuals and teams increase their potential. I am passionate about gender equity and love helping organizations attract, retain, and develop female talent.

Origin Story

I "fell into" starting my own business. My job was eliminated, and as I was interviewing, a friend asked for some help with a client. I loved it! Being able to get involved with many parts of the organization and make a difference is what I am supposed to be doing.

I built my practice through my well-established network, practicing what I preach, which is business is all about relationships no matter what your role.
