Kate Hufnagel is the Founder and CEO of The Digital Wrangler®. As a business succession and legacy/estate organizer, speaker and coach, she helps individuals and small business owners do the important work that nobody likes to talk about.

Kate had a mind-blowing 25-year career in big tech and founded her first business in 2014. Today, she puts all her high-tech know-how and experience to work to make things easier for those left behind when the inevitable, or unexpected, happens. Kate loves educating people on how our modern-day world is a complexity multiplier when it comes to this traditionally taboo topic. She’s been a guest on a variety of podcasts, including some hosted by financial planners, mothers, and other professional organizers.

Kate speaks regularly to small business owners and solopreneurs on the importance of organizing their business succession information in our high-tech world. She has presented on multiple national stages including the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors Fall Conference 2023 (Louisville, KY), National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals Summit 2024 (Long Beach, CA), Biz+LifeCon 2023 (Denver) and has facilitated workshops around the country for small business owners.

Kate is also a bonus mom of two, is passionate about financial literacy and is on a lifelong quest to find the best donut in the world.
