My greatest passion is enabling others to reach their full potential by recognizing the unique strengths and capabilities within each individual or team to achieve their goals. The accomplishments of those whom I lead, mentor, or guide are exponentially more valuable than my own. Witnessing the growth of others, regardless of scale, fuels me to give it my all every single day.
During her teenage years, Jess lost most of the function in her dominant arm. Over the past two decades, she has therefore navigated a world that isn't always fully accessible to her. This journey has endowed her with a distinctive perspective, leading her to discover alternative solutions to prevalent challenges, and ultimately shaped her career journey to enable organizations to do the same. She firmly believes in the idea that no problem has a singular solution, and she regards the mindset of "we have always done it that way" as her greatest nemesis.
