I'm passionate about helping accomplished women stop waiting for someday and start stepping into what's next. After spending years helping organizations, executives, and brands become visible, I realized many talented women were holding themselves back from opportunities they were already ready for. Today, my work focuses on helping women gain clarity, communicate their value, increase their visibility, and position themselves for greater influence, recognition, and opportunity. Nothing excites me more than seeing a woman stop second-guessing herself, step forward, and become known for the work she's already capable of doing.

For years, I helped other people get seen. I knew the strategy. I wrote the playbook. But when it came to my own voice, ideas, and visibility, I kept waiting.
Waiting until I felt more ready. More confident. More certain.
And while I waited, opportunities passed me by.
Eventually, I realized the problem wasn't confidence. It was clarity. I wasn't clear on where I was going, what made me different, or how to communicate my value in a way others could understand.
Once I got clear, everything changed. I started sharing my ideas, putting myself out there, and stepping into opportunities I had been waiting for.
That realization became the foundation of my TEDx talk, my Recognition Roadmap™ framework, and the work I do today.
