As a Wellness Advisor, writer, and speaker, Khristee Rich advocates for women to become the healers of their lives. As a researcher for about twenty-five years, she shares evidence-based data coupled with her personal experience to bust myths. With her background in healing, Khristee focuses on uplifting women and transmuting their pain to the light. As a former professional actress and standup comedienne, Khristee is accustomed to bring levity to serious, complicated topics and allows her audience to step into the stories with empathy and thereby, see the world with fresh eyes. Her audience is energized and inspired by her warm, bubbly spirit and believes, if she can overcome her health obstacles, they can too.
Khristee combines her own holistic health knowledge, optimism, and message of thriving with empowering tips, entertaining storytelling, and fresh perspectives on life. She teaches her clients that they are not victims of their genes or illness, but powerful creators who can change their health and wellness.
Khristee bridges the gap between traditional medicine and holistic power, shifting the focus from surviving chronic illness or surviving pregnancy to architecting a legacy of vitality through holistic support and conscious preconception. She understands the health struggles women face and how they often feel unseen and unheard. In 2010, Khristee successfully overcame a 15-year chronic illness that doctors said was depression and then, ultimately, incurable. She conquered her illness in only a month by identifying, addressing, and treating the root cause, holistically and going through a holistic detoxification process. Her lived experience demonstrates powerful living proof of her teaching foundation and methods. With over two decades of holistic attention to her clients and global influence, Khristee’s evidence-based insights and stories are sought after by premier platforms including Mother.ly, Midwifery Today, Woman’s World, and GoodRx. As an empathic Wellness Advisor and researcher, Khristee brings a fresh look to women's health and to the perinatal journey – a holistic lens. In her book series, Khristee serves as a compassionate ally to encourage women to put their health center stage, especially before conception. In fact, she is the pioneer of the Pre-Motherhood Movement, a global movement which invites women to act before pregnancy to minimize health issues and traumas along the perinatal journey.
As a sacred space holder, Khristee inspires women to be their fully-expressed, authentic selves, to share their voices, their stories, and their truth – and to advocate for themselves. Most importantly, she encourages women to refuse “unwellness” and become the healers of their lives.
Her forthcoming book about maternal health and the perinatal journey from a holistic perspective is expected in 2028.
I am passionate about empowering women around the world. I love to empower them to live a vibrant, joyful life. I love to empower them to live a holistic lifestyle.
I am passionate about my three-book series on holistic childbirth around the world. For my series, I interviewed over 100 moms and childbirth experts around the world to gather their intimate heart-felt stories and expertise. I even lived in Peru for over 2 months to gather stories from mothers, doulas, a midwife, and an OB/GYN. I have researched extensively through books and medical journals.
I am also passionate about my new TV show, Holistic Me TV on Youtube. For this series, I interviewed health experts around the world to educate women about holistic health and wellness, women's health, and the pregnancy journey. Season one is about holistic health and wellness and women's health and season two will be about the pregnancy journey from fertility, pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
I love to educate women on the importance of understanding the root cause of chronic conditions and chronic illnesses. I love to help them to heal by addressing their mental health, physical health, and spiritual health. I love to inspire women through my personal experience and stories. And I love to emphasize that healing does not need to be long, hard or painful. It can be quick, easy, and fun. Also, it is important for women to know there are many alternative and choices besides what traditional doctors may offer. Natural healing is gentle and powerful.
