Passion

The reality is that projects rarely fail on paper. The failures are at the intersection between paper and people, showing up as unclear business objectives, out of sync stakeholders, and burnt out team members as a result of excessive re-work. I have a passion for change management, process optimization and project implementation. My expertise and experience allows me to have a unique lens into getting troubled projects back on track and setting up your projects to avoid future issues.

I’m also driven by the desire to expand opportunities for women in STEM so we can contribute our talents without unnatural limitations. I light up when anything related to this topic comes up.
