A natural storyteller, conversationalist, and life of the party, Jill's greatest joy comes from uplifting and bringing light to others through shared experiences and meaningful conversations! An event manager at heart, Jill found herself navigating a career in project management, where she used her natural gifts of communication, motivation, and discernment to grow and develop as a leader in her profession. Despite her natural gift for orchestrating high-end projects and successful events, something in Jill’s life felt missing. Identified as an Enneagram 3 – High Achiever, Jill found herself caught in a relentless cycle of chasing accomplishments. Instead of leaning into the feelings of discontent and exploring the deeper reasons behind her pursuits, she chose to push through, reaching for more success and external validation in an attempt to fill the void she sensed within. This unyielding drive for achievement and admiration found her in a rock bottom moment of her life. It was in this moment; a desperate act of surrender became a turning point that changed the trajectory of her life.
