**Alina J. Ugas - Advocate for Empathy and work-life balance.** Empowering Today, Leading Tomorrow
With a strong background in healthcare, mental health, and entrepreneurship, I am an accomplished executive coach and business consultant focused on catalyzing positive transformations in individuals and organizations alike. Drawing upon my rich academic foundation and industry insights, I work collaboratively with professionals wrestling with stress, burnout, and work-life imbalances, empowering them to rediscover their passions, realize their purpose, and thrive in their roles without sacrificing empathy or self-care.
My passion is centered on my grandsons. Their laughter, growth, and boundless curiosity infuse my days with joy and purpose. Every moment spent with them is not just cherished but treasured, as I witness their evolution from tiny beings into remarkable individuals. Their presence in my life serves as a constant reminder of what truly matters, grounding me in love, laughter, and the simple joys of familial bonds. They are without question, my "WHY"
More than 100 miles
Everything is negotiable
Embarking on my book-writing journey has been nothing short of transformative. Working alongside the legendary Les Brown and two of his remarkable children has been both an honor and a privilege. Their guidance and mentorship, coupled with our collaborative spirit, have made this journey not just about penning words on paper, but also about deepening connections, sharing life lessons, and inspiring countless souls. This is a story that I share due to the fact that I have been manifesting this accomplishment for years. The lesson behind this story is to never give up.
In 2013, a stark reality hit when my business partner was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Rather than let despair overshadow us, we channeled our challenges into founding our private practice. My fervor for supporting families is rooted in personal pain: growing up with an alcoholic father and watching my brother battle aids dementia. Our family treaded these tumultuous waters without a lifeline, a support system. This drove me to establish a sanctuary for others in similar situations, ensuring that no one has to endure such suffering alone. Through our practice, I aim to be the beacon of hope and support that I once yearned for.
