Chrysta Wilson is deeply committed to ensuring that everyone in every place and space has the opportunity to thrive. This commitment has fueled the past 15 years that Chrysta has led Wilson and Associates Coaching and Consulting, LLC, which has helped clients build the skills and systems required to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as create cultures and conditions for thriving.

As a certified life coach, she works with ambitious and purpose-driven women and nonbinary leaders to help them build right relationships with their themselves to live richer, more integrated lives where they experience freedom.

She is a gifted teacher, storyteller, podcaster, and coach. She's also famous for another skill: baking bundt cakes. She has a Master's degree in Public Administration and Community Planning, and a Bachelor's of Science in Public Policy, both from the University of Southern California.

I love scuba diving and I will never turn down a trip to find peace 40 feet below the sea. I'm an avid gardener who loves to craft and cook menus with ingredients harvested from a daily walk in my backyard. And, I used to own a bakery and I grew up baking, so making scratch-made cakes (and enjoying a good one) will always be a great way to spend time with friends.
