Gloria Joy Ingram is the CEO/Founder of Sisters Pushing Ahead Women Ministries and Think on Purpose Coach Consulting, where she brings a wealth of expertise and experience through coaching and speaking.
Gloria attained her coaching certification on October 23, 2023, through Dr. Dharius Daniel’s Transformational Coaching Program. She furthered her skills as a motivational speaker by completing the renowned Speak for a Living Program under the guidance of Les Brown and received her certificate on March 19, 2024.
Her unwavering passion lies in equipping and empowering women to embrace their worth and transcend limitations in every aspect of their lives, be it personal, spiritual, or professional. Through regular workshops and an annual conference, she provides a platform for women to gather, be inspired, and push towards their potential.
Gloria and her husband have been married for over 30 years. They reside in South Jersey and have 3 children and 2 grandsons.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Gloria finds solace in fitness, literature, and travel, and will soon add the title of author to her name. She believes nothing in life can happen until we first believe it can happen.

Can you think of a time you let an opportunity pass you by because you did not believe it was possible for you to achieve it? This is my story
My mom and dad always said "Gloria you can do anything if you set your mind to it". I would walk away with a smile on my face because those words made me feel good on the inside but unfortunately the thoughts of my mind said contrary to what they said. Guess who I believed? Yes, you are right, myself and it caused me to shrink up in fear rather than show up with courage.
Have you ever played or heard of the game tug-a-war? Each team had an end of the rope, and they pulled as hard as they could so their opponent would fall; the team standing would win the game.
I know this sounds bizarre but this game is played in our minds each and every day, positive thoughts pulling us in one direction and negative thoughts pulling us in another.
Who is winning the game in your mind? For years, self-doubt, fear and false beliefs won in my mind. I was unable to discover my value and could not walk with consistency, confidence and courage. I gave negative thoughts the power to second guess myself, underestimate my value and they kept me limited from pursuing new opportunities.
Think about it, if doubt can shut the door from pursuing our dreams, then believing can open up doors of opportunity. Are you ready for a life of fulfillment?
The greatest gift you can give yourself is a chance to believe so you can achieve It has changed the dynamics of my life and it will change yours too.
As a little girl in school, I always ran way from taking the lead in anything because I always told myself I was not enough and not capable. One day i told myself, if i can think negative, then i can think positive and this has changed my life. I now have a coaching business, Think on Purpose LLC, helping women to be unstoppable and live life without the limitations.
