When I was a little girl I loved the show Romper Room. Miss Susan would look into a hand held pretend mirror and call all the kid's names. She never called mine! I kept waiting. A few weeks later I got to see the show live. I was SURE she was going to call my name. She didn't! So I got up, on live TV, took the mirror and CALLED MY OWN NAME. No one is going to invite you to get what you want in your life. Stop waiting for permission. Call your own name!
At 49, I was miserable and a year away from 50. I saw women turning 50 and they didn't want to celebrate. I wanted to come into 50 excited for a new chapter. I decided to make big changes in my life, one of which was deciding to disconnect from the toxic relationship with my sister. When that pain was lifted, I suddenly found wings instead of crutches. I launched a podcast (now in the top 1.5% globally) and started a business running masterminds and coaching warrior women like myself. Men have been secretly getting ahead, investing in themselves, I wanted women to have this too. After a lifetime of personal growth work, I certified in a program that is the "how" behind personal growth. I hit 6 figures in my first year and I continue to evolve what I offer every day. Women are not born Warriors...we become them. And if you heal the girl...the Warrior appears.
