Passion

Anything branding or revenue related! I am passionate about both. But, I am even more passionate about fear in the workplace and how it holds us back from all the things we want to achieve, personally and professionally. If your intention is to live in happiness, to find abundance, to stand up for something, to spread joy, to be a better leader, then fear is part of your life, and you better get comfortable with it. None of us can eliminate fear from our lives. But, we can reduce its power over us. We can change the way we relate to fear, understand how we experience it and how it deflates us, so that we meet it head on and get ahead of it in our own way. Fear is not the enemy! I love to share the five facets of fear that I have learned and offer the four parts of the FEAR Framework(TM) to inspire you on your leadership journey.

Best Story

I will share with the audience, my personal journey through self-preservation. Fear creates self- preservation, in that we are so afraid of losing all the things we have (house, job, new title or a new promotion) that we do crazy things to hold on to those, and therefore create the very circumstances that cause us to lose everything anyway. I will share my own personal example of how this happened to me.

Origin Story

I have wanted to be a marketing executive since I was a teenager. I chose a certain college and career path to get me here. But, I am keenly aware of how often my plans took a turn or completely fell apart because I was afraid. And, I was afraid of silly things. I have always been a motivational speaker at my work. I also train many of our employees on strategic planning, marketing plans, Go-To-Market plans, revenue generation and more, but speaking to the heart and watching as my story changes their outlook and perspective is very rewarding.
