Biography

Jahnavi is a Leadership Coach, Speaker and Talent & Culture Consultant. She is passionate about creating workplaces where everyone is fully enabled and can and wants to give their best work. She coaches leaders to lead with ease, confidence, and high personal commitment and advises organizations on strategies and programs to create high performing workplaces and cultures that people love. She has developed leaders at Fortune 50 to startups & non-profits across a variety of industries including healthcare, consumer products, tech, and professional services.

Jahnavi has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MS in Management & Organization from the University of Colorado at Denver. She holds the PCC designation from the International Coaching Federation as well as other professional certifications.

Jahnavi is the past co-President of Rocky Mountain HR People & Strategy. She is active on the Board of Rocky Mountain Equality and advises Naturally Colorado on their mentoring program for startup founders.
