Ann Hall is the founder of OurRecipeTree.com. She has been involved with every aspect of communication and business development since she started working. It is fair to say that over the last 4 decades Ann has spent no less than 40,000 hours bringing people together to the benefit of everyone involved.
Ann worked in the construction and automotive industries and prior to that in public sector. Her earliest full-time position was with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) holding various positions dealing with all modes of transportation. Ann spent four years as a Client Services Representative in Trade Administration assisting commercial importers and exporters through both day-to-day communication and by coordinating public outreach sessions.
Ann graduated from the University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts and is a commissioned Logistics Officer with the Canadian Naval Reserve which she undertook during her tenure by traveling and training for certification during the summer months. Ann became a Certified Quality Auditor.
Ann acted as the Communications Coordinator for the TRB (Transportation Research Board) Committee on International Trade and Transport, a member of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Trade Support Network and the Border Trade Alliance, and Communication Manager for the Great Canadian Flag Project and website coordinator for “Trot with the Troops” in Windsor, Ontario. Ann has canvassed for donations for the United Way and Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Ann has had many opportunities over the years to present both professionally and personally. As a matter of fact, she is the family’s favorite eulogy writer and delivery person! On a professional level, her last corporate position was as Executive Reporting/Internal Communications Manager. In this position, I developed and delivered many presentations both in and for the executive team of a half-billion dollar organization.
