Executives and solopreneurs experience overwhelm with the constant barrage of "stuff.” Despite their efforts, they can’t seem to find time for what they truly want, including their Mission.
Carol’s mission reverses this. Passionately speaking to varied audiences - ranging from statewide Human Resource organizations to biannual Prosperous Coach Events to Summits and a plethora of Podcasts, she powerfully coaches scattered entrepreneurs to live the life and build the business they dream about. Through her 5-step process—Decide, Discern, Discover, Practice, and Celebrate—she helps these solo-entrepreneurs stop working so hard for so little money.
When Carol enters a room, her audience feels capable and valued, believing they can conquer anything. Her enthusiasm is DEEP and magnetic. She has an unconventional outlook and approach to the business of life.
Outside of work, Carol enjoys the outdoors and art near her home in Sutton, New Hampshire, with her partner Michael. Having overcome many obstacles, Carol’s motto is, "If I can do it, you can too." Come bake your “Success Cake" with her!
In addition to dancing, I love watching my 16 year old son excel. Recently he has developed a passion for guitar and music theory. This is so cool. To top it off he is now doing a backpacking trip. I am thrilled. I love nature. I love smelling the air in all seasons. I love finding beauty in stillness and the outside air.
I love laughing. I love being silly. I love dancing on top of walls and dancing with my partner. We have a mission to inspire others to allow themselves the freedom they want, which has been repressed for far too long.
Dancing allows passion to be exposed to the world, which may be why so many of us have shoved it aside. As kids, we danced like nobody was watching. The world needs more dancing because the world needs more people who are alive.

One of my leadership coaching clients, Nancy, recently reported to have made more money than her husband of 42 years. When we began our work together, Nancy was working nights and weekends and hiding money secrets from him. She considered him an annoyance, wanting more and more of her precious time. She was at a crossroads. Should she give it all up?
Now, she works 3 days per week, does not work past 5 pm, takes only her ideal clients, goes camping a lot in summer with her husband, and has plenty of time for art and being creative. Recently becoming a grandmother for the first time, she cherishes telling clients that she is full now and will need to wait a few months to start work with them.
I believe that the world needs more dancing, more dreaming, and move love. I believe we are all magic and have a light to shine.
I believe in what my father always told me: do what makes you happy. With this kind of parenting, I bestowed love and happiness on those with whom I came into contact. What I did not realize, however, is that there are some people who take, take, take and then ask for more.
I married one of those people.
I loved too much. I poured love into a man who was essentially a bucket with holes. I finally left and then spent a decade healing.
As an accidental entrepreneur since 2009 & accidental single parent since 2012, I help others in their healing journey so that they manifest their greatness. As we do this, the light of the world shines brighter.
Because it matters.
Because YOU matter.
I opened the Beacon of Light Center, unofficially, by naming my coaching practice THE BEACON OF LIGHT Center, LLC in 2022. This marked the one year anniversary of purchasing the special property that I call home. The land, house, and lake offered a safe spot for me to heal after I left the toxicity with my children, a few bucks, and a folding chair or two in 2012.

liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." - Marianne Williamson
