An engineer by education, Kim Warren-Martin believes fulfillment is not a fantasy, it's a formula. She is the Founder of Successful and Fulfilled® and the Creator of Reignite Her Light™.
With Reignite Her Light™ and her previous work running a Global Women's Initiative for a Fortune 50 technology company, Kim has helped thousands of women on every continent achieve some of their highest career goals. Today she works with women leaders who want to take the next step and go beyond achievement to fulfillment.
An avid adventure traveler, she has climbed the great wall, straddled the equator, and walked on glaciers. She and her husband Rod live work and play in the natural state of Arkansas, USA.

Origin Story
Guided into engineering by her parents, Dr. Kim Warren-Martin had a long-term, successful corporate career in the technology industry. While she loved the work she was doing, part of her always secretly wondered “Is this ALL there is?”.
Over the years, she continued to excel and was invited to run the Women’s Initiative for a Fortune 50 company to help more women get to the top. In a short time, she expanded the initiative globally and was told she “changed the face of the corporation.”
While she was making a difference in women’s lives around the world; she was burned out, questioning what she was doing and feeling isolated because she was successful but unfulfilled. After 20+ years, Dr. Kim courageously walked away from her corporate career to reignite her light and find a way to help other women do the same.
Since then, she has dedicated her time and business to learning, researching, studying, and creating methodologies and strategies to help high-achieving professional women pinpoint, and make, the hidden unique mark they want to make in the world.
“It’s not about leaving your job.” She tells her clients. “It’s about making YOUR mark. You have the power…and the responsibility…to do so. You can #HaveItAll, as long as you’re the one who defines what IT ALL means.”
As a result, her clients banish distractions, experience laser focus, and increase productivity while working fewer hours and building thriving relationships.
