One of my favorite events was speaking at UPS. Starting as a loader post-incarceration, this job challenged me physically, mentally, and emotionally in a male-dominated environment. It built my confidence, leading to degrees and executive roles. Returning as a motivational speaker to inspire women at UPS, especially in operations and their newly formed eBRG, felt full circle. Sharing my journey where I first transformed, especially in a male-dominated industry, was incredibly heartfelt and a highlight of my speaking career.
