Biography

As a transformational leader, thought provocateur, and systems thinker, Anne Machesky, CEO, brings original thinking and an exceptionally fresh perspective. Anne approaches her work with the heart of a poet. It was poetry in combination with being a systems thinker that led to her own transformational moment, resulting in her personal mission to impact human dynamics. Anne guides people towards the edge of their own self-discovery and emboldens them to navigate their own lives more resourcefully.

Anne’s career began as a small business owner during a time when women were the minority in her industry. This experience helped build an inner tenacity that continues today through her coaching company, Nwyze. Her desire to truly impact a broader audience has brought her opportunities to offer keynotes, host conferences, teach workshops, and facilitate think tanks since 2004.

Anne has been featured in several books and publications highlighting a variety of topics including creativity, finance, and the role of women in the workplace. Anne uses her extensive career in business, knowledge of human behavior, and her certification in Neurolinguistic Programming to guide her approach to better understand human behavior in all aspects of life. She has been honored with multiple leadership awards, chairman and board positions, and committee work, which helps inform a deeper understanding of organizational behavioral dynamics.

Passion

I am passionate about wrestling with expansive questions to better understand who we are as individuals and how we relate to the world we experience.

Origin Story

What is the a-ha moment for my company? I did not have an a-ha moment, I had an a-ha journey. And what I realized along the way was, I was born with an inner drive to find the underlying essence and deeper meaning that exists in daily life. And I saw the possibility of what that could bring to others. This is at the heartbeat of Nwyze; to bring deeper meaning under the surface of everyday life and to realize we are all on a transformational journey. We are not one and done.

Example Talks

Keynote description with testimonial

Living an Imprintable Life
We all leave behind an imprint-able influence, altering the direction of others, even when we are not aware of it. You have something unique about you—your gift or abilities that impact others. And as you tend to them and grow, you will see them more clearly and deepen your own life and the lives of others.

Testimonial from keynote attendee - Barbara P.
Thank you so much for your inspirational message at your presentation. I have thought about the moments in my life that have impacted me – those Imprintable moments. Each moment changed my life, even though I was not aware of this at the time. Your words allowed me to question why I respond the way I do, why I question the way I do, and why I love who I do. Thank you again for sharing your insight and motivation.

Resiliency

A portion of a keynote talk on the topic of resiliency:

"It’s important to remember that we don’t find resiliency and then rest, because life keeps coming at us. And resiliency is not a landing or ending point. It’s also not outside of us. It comes from within. We have a relationship with resiliency and we can tap into the reservoir of our resilience, if we know where to find it. It is embedded in our values and is reflected within the tapestry of who we are. In this way, resiliency can be something more than we ever thought it could be. As our resiliency grows, it’s important to notice something is happening. There is a preparation going on. Resiliency is taking you somewhere. It’s preparing you for what is next in your life, which helps you stay focused on what is important."
