Overcoming Failures to Success

Entrepreneurs face many challenges in their business regardless of their stage in business (starting a new business or established in their business).

When failure to success comes to mind, people tend to think about how a business failed and how to avoid it, whether it’s a hindrance in finding resources or lack of finances resources to support the operations of a business.

Failure to success is more than a failed business, the psychological impact of a business owner can lead to a success failure. I will uncover psychological factors of success failures and how to overcome them. Psychological impacts such as imposter syndrome, lack of belief, and having a fixed mindset. I will also provide a few coaching questions at the end of the presentation for the audience to uncover their own growth gaps and how to close the gap.

The audience will leave with three takeaways from the presentation:
1. Identify the psychological impact that can lead to a failure in success.
2. Learn how to develop a growth mindset.
3. Define personal growth gaps and take a self-assessment with some coaching questions at the end of the presentation.
