Passion

I am really passionate about changing the way we work. When statistics show that what's good for the employee is good for the company it's a win-win. I think it's important that we all lead rich fulfilled lives. I love spending time with friends and family. Entertainment and storytelling in all forms, but I'm a sucker for tv.

Origin Story

I began my career in traditional advertising in San Francisco, just as web development started gaining traction. This shift gave me the opportunity to join HotWired, where I worked on some of the first-ever digital ads. That experience propelled me into full-time web development, where I held various roles, from agencies to corporate environments.

As an Executive Producer and Program Director, I often found myself at the center of communication, bridging teams and seeing firsthand the diverse challenges they faced. I was privileged to witness how passionate and talented people were in their roles.

However, I also noticed a pattern: even those who loved their work often spent too much time on tasks that drained their energy rather than fueled their creativity. They struggled to manage their time, responsibilities, and relationships in ways that would allow them to truly progress.

This insight led me to discover my calling. I transitioned into Executive Coaching to support leaders in achieving success without sacrificing their personal lives. By helping them align their work with what’s important to them, increase their productivity, and enhance their relationships, I enable them and their teams to thrive, creating a positive ripple effect throughout their organizations.

Example Talks

Crafting Your Success System: Strategies that will maximize your results in way less time

We all spend our lives with to-do lists that never get done and in a culture that celebrates being busy. As a result, we’re overwhelmed and exhausted saying “yes” to things we don’t have the bandwidth for and totally unsure how to get out from under it all.

What’s worse? Our hustle culture has convinced us this is how we get ahead, but actually this cycle is making us less successful at work, in life, and in our careers at large.

I’m here to share a better way to approach productivity and success.

In this talk, I will cover:
🔹How we’re usually the people putting the pressure on ourselves
🔹The key to finding the right things on your to-do list so you can get more done and still get home for dinner
🔹The 6Ds that can make room in your schedule (and that your boss will be on board with)
🔹A 3-part system that can create time in your schedule and progress on your most important goals

Navigating Workplace Dynamics: Remove friction, advance your career, and enjoy your workdays

Success in the workplace isn't solely about what you do— it’s about who you know.

More specifically it's about navigating relationships effectively.

In this talk, you’ll learn my three-step formula for helping you transform your workplace challenges (e.g. that person you avoid because you don’t think they like you or all the one-on-ones that don’t seem to help anyone) into career-forwarding and productivity-enhancing successes.

(Yes, it’s possible.)

By the end of the session, you won’t just know how to tap into the power of connections, you will know:
🔹Why your current instincts about people are hurting you (especially if you want to feel more productive, get a promotion, or simply enjoy your job more!)
🔹The key to authentically improving any relationship in 5 minutes a day (while still being genuine)
🔹Which relationships you should foster (hint there are more than you probably think)
