Best Story

I have been on a spiritual self-discovery path for 30 years. However, I didn't know where this path was taking me - I just knew to follow it. In 2008, I was the executive director of global brands for a major entertainment company, and soon after, we had a big layoff. During the same time, I was a member of Toastmasters International, and I went to a program called "Get Paid to Speak." It was a great program. I followed the speaker's advice, and within two months, I traveled nationwide, speaking and facilitating training seminars for companies. Through that experience, I found my calling, and in 2010 I birth True Synergy.

Origin Story

My main focus for most of my adult life has been on understanding the SELF. Self-discovery and self-mastery, as it has been, a lifelong journey for me. I slept walk through my 20s and 30s. I truly slept-walked through my life. I wasn’t intuned with myself at all. I wasn't self-aware. Sure, I was engaged outwardly and was focused outwardly and I allowed external influences to mold me. I never took the time and energy to really go within and really get to know me. As a result, I suffered from bouts of insecurity, self-doubt, and fears. This is why I do this work today as an organizational psychologist and executive coach. It is my passion, my purpose, and roadmap to my own self-healing. As I work to heal, inspire, and support others, I heal myself.
